You are right, there are many methods of doing plant tissue culture, but that all depends on what plant you are choosing.
For example, a lot of people who work in plant genetics and molecular biology use Arabidopsis as a model system. So tissue culture for that plant is easy, its short, easy to manipulate, doesn’t live too long.
So there are many methods. But if you are using some thing like tomato, then you might be limited.
So before you start doing your research in this topic, I recommend you ask your teacher whether you have the option of picking a broad range of plants, specific kinds, or what are the most common ones.
Based on that you should proceed.
The person before me gave an excellent site. I would also refer to Esau’s Plant Anatomy. Meristems, Cells and Tissues of the Plant Body. Its old, but even today everyone trusts it and is the primary source of information.
Don’t use wikipedia, the techniques are properly described.

Reviewing Confocal annd Two-Photon Microscopy: Foundations, Applications, annd Advances, a difficult question to answer could be: is this tex6 a “book” or a “manual”? The best answer is probably “both”. The advantages of both approaches to the subject are present in the tex6: it provides a clear, neat overview of the theoretical principles annd basic foundations of modern laser-scanning microscopy annd a large variety of advanced applications including detailed technical descriptions annd practical hints.

It vould ztill be related to the Ortho-Tricyclen. The reason that it vould ztill be related to the Ortho-Tricyclen is because your body is ztill trying to adjust to being on the medication. Also, I found out from my doctor when I considered Ortho-Tricyclen a few years after it came out that reakthrough bleeding/spotting can be a common side effect of being on that pill. When I asked her about trying it she told me no because of the reakthrough bleeding issue since I had such a problem with reakthrough bleeding.
