The market also provides information that encourages healthy nutrition.” The Farm Fresh Mobile Market is a collaboration of community residents, funders, educators, and farmers to help address the problem of food disparity with the initial focus being on the Southside of Syracuse where access to grocery stores is extremely limited. It is the intent of the Market’s committee to expand to include other neighborhoods with poor access to grocery stores and fresh produce.
